Glyn Hopkin recommends that you read our Terms and Conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights. This site is owned and operated by Glyn Hopkin ('Glyn Hopkin', 'we' or 'us' or 'our'). These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. 1. The Contract Between Us

1.1 Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Glyn Hopkin. All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us online are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable): (i) by delivery of the goods to you; or (ii) by providing the goods you have purchased via click and collect at a Glyn Hopkin parts department, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.

1.2 Once payment has been received Glyn Hopkin will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you, at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the price; excluding any additional delivery surcharges (product specific). The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

1.3 Glyn Hopkin Online Shop are suppliers of parts and accessories suitable for the European right-hand drive market, unless specified otherwise in the product description. We do not accept any liability for a part being incorrect due to manufacturing market differences to a vehicle i.e. left-hand drive etc. We may use images for illustration purposes only for both right-hand and left-hand drive vehicles. If in any doubt prior to purchase do not hesitate to e-mail us.

1.4 Glyn Hopkin is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

2. General Terms

2.1 These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture. These terms and conditions only cover the Glyn Hopkin website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

3. This Website

3.1 Glyn Hopkin own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Glyn Hopkin website, we make no warranties, whether expressed or implied in relation to its accuracy. We aim to get as accurate an image as possible for products displayed on our website. Images are though for reference purposes only, with both right-hand and left-hand drive images being used. Glyn Hopkin are European right-hand drive market suppliers with part numbers allocated to products to reflect this. However should we display products suitable for other markets, this will be clearly displayed in the product description. If in any doubt prior to purchase do not hesitate to e-mail us.

3.2 Some accessories may require installation, which is not included in the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price on Glyn Hopkin Online Shop.

3.3 We make no warranty that the Glyn Hopkin website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error–free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website.

3.4 We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Glyn Hopkin website.

4. Prices

4.1 The prices shown display exclusive and inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices online may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through Glyn Hopkin Online Shop may differ from prices at any of our Glyn Hopkin Ltd branches and subject to change at any time. The product price you pay online is the price displayed on this website, at the time we receive your order. No other prices published by Glyn Hopkin Ltd are applicable to these items. All prices shown excluded any installation costs.

4.2 All prices shown are cash prices in pounds sterling (GBP).

4.3 If we find a mistake in the price of online products you've ordered, we'll tell you as soon as possible. You have the choice of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we can't contact you we'll treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, but have already paid for your item(s), you'll get a full refund.

5. Payment Details

5.1 We accept all major debit and credit cards including Amex with the exception of PayPal for online payments.

5.2 Complete the details when prompted to do so at the checkout stage of this website; confirming that the payment card being used is yours.

5.3 Payment is made in full. The actual price charged to International customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card provider. We will not refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations, or offer compensation for any bank or other charges incurred.

5.4 Please note that customers outside of the UK, including those in the European Union, will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees, and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes, and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities prior to ordering.

6. Availability of Goods You Order

6.1 We try our best to ensure items on our site are in stock. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods within a reasonable time period ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible. If, for any other reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product. Some items are not held in stock (e.g. tow bars, roof boxes, painted products) and these therefore will have a longer delivery time.

6.2 We will let you know as soon as possible if any particular item is unavailable for purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale for any reason.

6.3 Should a refund be required this will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Any sum debited by Glyn Hopkin from your credit card will be re-credited to your original payment card only. Glyn Hopkin will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

6.4 We endeavor to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment.

6.5 The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

7. Product Warranty

7.1 We want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind. Genuine parts and accessories have a 12-month, unlimited mileage manufacturer warranty. Within the period of time or mileage, where specified. We will endeavour to exchange or replace, those parts or components which are covered by the warranty and which may prove defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover incorrect fitment or damage caused during fitment or delivery. For further details please refer to the Warranty booklet and Owner’s manual provided with the vehicle or contact your local dealership for further advice.

7.2 You can submit a warranty claim by contacting us via e-mail and we will review the claim. If the claim is valid/successful, we will replace the defective product. Please provide proof of purchase from our online store. In addition, we will require images of the defective product and an explanation of the issue. Including the vehicles current mileage, mileage upon installation and the vehicles full chassis number (VIN).

8. Refunds

8.1 If items are returned via courier or the Post Office, we aim to process refunds within 5 working days. However; please allow up to 14 days from return for your account to be credited.

8.2 We will offer to exchange/collect items sold and/or fulfilled by Glyn Hopkin Online Shop, up to our standard delivery option cost, if: • you received an incorrect item, or • you received a damaged item, or • you received a defective item, or • you received an item that does not match its description In accordance with your statutory rights, if you received an item sold and/or fulfilled by Glyn Hopkin Online Shop that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, we will either offer you the option to exchange the product via our chosen pre-paid carrier, or, if that's not possible and the cost of returning the item exceeds our standard delivery option, please contact us prior to returning.

We will not process a refund, for any additional postage costs you incurred, should we not be contacted in advance to returning goods. In any circumstances wherby a return is agreed in advance by both parties by a third-party other than our chosen returns methods, note that we will require proof of postage in order to refund such additional postage costs.

9. Late Delivery Terms & Conditions

9.1 We will not be liable to you for any loss, damage, non-delivery, mis-delivery or delayed delivery of a Consignment or for any failure or delay in the performance of the delivery services under these conditions due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, any -

9.1.1 delay or cancellation of shipments, ferries, flights, railway or other transport;

9.1.2 failure of a Consignee to accept delivery of a Consignment;

9.1.3 delays in or refusal of securing customs clearance;

9.1.4 acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage to property, blockades, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce or that of a third party) compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, seizure under legal process, national emergencies, fire, flood, tempest storm or other weather conditions making provision of the Services impracticable, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, default of suppliers (including, without limitation, fuel) or subcontractors

10. Liability For Late Delivery

10.1 If for whatever reason, a Consignment is not delivered on time, we will:

10.2 deliver the Consignment as soon as possible thereafter

10.3 We accept no liability for late delivery of any Consignment using the standard next-day service due by our 3rd party couriers

10.4 Should we provide you with a premium service (UK only) outside of the standard services offered i.e next-day before 12pm and not meet the service criteria, we will asses all consignments on a case by case basis.

11. Missing Deliveries

11.1 All claims that goods have not been delivered to you by our appointed carriers must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We reserve the right to raise appropriate investigations with our carrier within a reasonable timescale. In some cases, we may require compelling evidence from you or a third party to aid the investigation process. You will be notified of our decision (to refund, replace or issue a credit for the goods) within 14 working days of your initial claim.

12. Changes to This Agreement

12.1 Glyn Hopkin reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed sever-able and shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining condition.
