Prices on our online shop display both Excluding VAT (Bold RED) and Including VAT (Black, inc. VAT). Displaying both price variations assists our customers from within the European Union (VAT inclusive) and our International Customers (VAT Exempt), to make a more informed decision prior to purchasing. The cost displayed excludes deliveries to remote areas outside of the UK where a surcharge may be applicable. Our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses; requiring a full geographical address to successfully process an order.

These items are classified as Over-Sized or Over-Weight pieces and stated on the product information page where applicable. We rely on the weight and dimensions of the packaged product to determine products that require an additional surcharge. Re-stocking fees are charged for any items returned that are not the result of error on our part. We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the costs incurred with your return.
Please thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery and check if an items appears to have damage to its packaging. Please note this with delivery person and contact us immediately. Damaged, defective or items that are missing components may be returned for a replacement. We do not provide a tyre fitting service for our space saver wheel kit and tyres via our online shop. Should a manufacturer not supply a wheel and tyre pre-assembled, they will be dispatched individually. Requiring installation/inflation according to the correct guidlines by the relevant manufacturer.
