The branch collection address must be stated in the delivery address fields or alternatively; state the Glyn Hopkin Dealership Parts Department you wish to collect from in the Delivery Instructions box at the bottom of the billing & delivery page. Glyn Hopkin Online Shop supplies parts and accessories predominently for right-hand drive (RHD) european market vehicles. Should a product be suitable for left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles, this will be specified in the vehicle description.

Re-stocking fees are charged for any items returned that are not the result of error on our part. We go to great lengths to assure that the item we ship is undamaged and functional. Restocking fees are generally used to deal with the costs incurred with your return.

Damaged, defective or items that are missing components may be returned for a replacement.
