Surcharges
An additional surcharge may be applied to your order separately after purchasing, due to it's size and/or weight. These items are classified as Over-Sized or Over-Weight pieces and stated on the product information page where applicable. We rely on the weight and dimensions of the packaged product to determine products that require an additional surcharge. A surcharge is only applied once to any applicable order and non-returnable; we will contact you via e-mail to confirm you wish to proceed, offering advice on how to make payment.
- Over-Sized Piece - Packaged orders/products with a single length greater than 120 cm or total dimensional measurements greater than 120 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm
- Over-Weight Piece - Packaged orders/products with a weight greater than 70 kg
We may also be required to charge a remote area surcharge. Please see a list of applicable areas here.
